In Late 2010 I contracted with Bruce Donahue of Bayside Builders to renovate a house that I owned in Bristol, RI. At that time I was living in the Memphis, TN area and was looking for a contractor that I felt confident could renovate this property to my expectations without being onsite. After talking to some local people on this matter, I settled on Bayside Builders primarily because Bruce had the reputation of being a diligent contractor who stressed quality and paid attention to details. I then flew up to Rhode Island and worked out plans and pricing with Bruce for a total home renovation of my property in Bristol, RI. I then returned to Memphis and did not return to Bristol until the project was complete. Bruce was accessible at all times, kept me updated weekly by phone as to his status, and worked with me on some eleventh hour changes that my wife made after the project had begun. This project was completed in late Spring of 2011 to the total satisfaction of my wife and he even followed up several times within the last year to see if we were satisfied. Often time's people will provide service until they are paid. Bruce followed up after the fact.
I would highly recommend Bruce Donahue for any house building or renovation project that you may have.
